Comme le Sénégal a un système électoral parallèle, les dispositions sur la parité s’appliquent à la fois aux listes de candidats briguant des mandats électifs à la proportionnelle et aux listes présentées dans des scrutins majoritaires concernant des circonscriptions plurinominales.
