Outreach programs to :
- lobby and advocate to increase women's representation in decision-making bodies,
- encourage the participation of women in political, economic and social spheres at the regional, national and international level,
- interact with communities concerning Acts of Parliament and other issues which directly affect the lives of women and children, such as, Gender Based Violence, Teenage Pregnancies, Baby Dumping, Human Trafficking, etc.

The Women Caucus has created a platform for the Rural Women's Parliament with Men as Partners (Rural Parliament) which offers opportunities for grassroots women and men to access and exchange information on socio-economic and political developments within the country and to exchange experiences on how to deal with the challenges in their respective communities.
