parliamentary immunity from prosecution for offences (including minor as well as criminal offences and felonies) has been repealed, so criminal prosecution or administrative proceedings against mps in such cases does not require authorization from the national council. the national council’s authorization is still required, however, in order for an mp to be detained (in case of flagrante delicto) or remanded in custody (pre-trial detention).

List of the other allowances provided for constituency work
The Chancellery of the National Council provides allowances to employ up to 3 assistants (renumerated at 2.7 times the average monthly wage of an employee in the Slovak Republic - €35,376 in 2020) and establish a constituency office outside parliamentary premises, contingent upon declaration of expenses. Members are eligible for housing allowances if they do not have a permanent residence in Bratislava. Allowances or reimbursements are provided for accommodation and travel related to parliamentary duties, up to a given amount, determined by a resolution of the National Council.
