Art. 50, para. 2: at the request of the Prime Minister or of 50% of its members, with their presence verified by a roll-call vote, the National Assembly may meet in closed session.
Art. 81 lists the rules and modalities for attending the plenary meetings, for e.g., dress code, decorum, authorization to attend, and access cards.
