The Caucus of Women Parliamentarians of Côte d'Ivoire aims to enable the Ivorian women parliamentarians to act together and in solidarity in favour of women's rights, gender equality and gender mainstreaming in parliamentary work.

The objectives of the Caucus of Women Parliamentarians of Côte d'Ivoire are as follows:

- To strengthen solidarity among women MPs;
- Contribute to reconciliation and the strengthening of national unity;
- Contribute to the initiation of laws favourable to gender equality and the revision of discriminatory laws;
- Contribute to the promotion of gender equality policies;
- Promote the participation of women in all decision-making bodies;
- Strengthen the partnership between women and men parliamentarians;
- Ensure gender mainstreaming in the work and structures of the National Assembly;
- Strengthen gender mainstreaming within political parties;
- Raise public awareness on the promotion of women and their rights;
- Promote and strengthen partnerships with other national and international institutions, organizations and networks.
