constitution of 2010, art. 150, no. 2 and 3; law 17/12 of 16 may: deputies cannot be detained or imprisoned without agreed authorization by the national assembly, or if outside its normal period of operation by the permanent commission, except in cases of flagrant delicto for crimes punishable by more than two years of imprisonment. once the proceeding is open against a deputy and once the deputy is under examination the plenary of the national assembly deliberates on the suspension of said depute and the revocation of their immunity until the end of the investigation.
