Issues dealt with by the caucus
The network acts to realize equality between men and women, promotes women's rights and introduces a female perspective to legislative work:
- Legislation on ending violence against women, gender-responsive budgeting, equality in the workplace.
- Social security issues (for example, poverty in single parent families), parental leave issues, health care, etc.)
In addition, it organizes seminars and meetings, sends representatives to attend international conferences dealing with equality and women's rights as well as engages in cooperation with female MPs from other countries.
