Issues dealt with by the caucus
- Issues related to equal rights, opportunities and treatment between women and men within the framework of what is established in article 75, paragraphs 19 and 23 of the National Constitution and in international and regional human rights treaties in which the Nation is part and will join in the future;
- Creation or modification of norms that regulate the conditions of public employment or work in relation to women's dependency;
- Health issues that specifically affect women;
- Criminal matters that affect women;
- Violence, sexual and workplace harassment against women;
- Any other issue that concern gender, at the discretion of the parliamentary authority, that requires the opinion of the body.
