The sittings of the National Assembly are public. But, at the request of the Government or of any Member of the National Assembly with two-thirds vote of Members a plenary sitting may be closed to the public and media and held on camera.

Committee meetings are open to the public
Notes
Any committee member may request a sitting, or one or more agenda items, to be privately held or discussed, on camera. The request is decided upon by the parliamentary committee. The public and the media may not attend closed meetings.
