Notes
- In a party list, the number of women and persons under the age of 29 must be at least 30 per cent of the total number of persons included in it.*
- When approving party lists of candidates to become a Member of the Mazhilis [House of Representatives] of the Parliament, or of the Maslikhat [regional and local councils], a political party should include women and persons under the age of 29 so that they constitute at least 30 per cent of the total number of candidates.**
