If the President sends a bill back to Parliament with reservations, the Parliament may pass the same bill a second time, with or without amendments to accommodate the President's reservations by two-thirds of members of the National Assembly and by two-thirds of the delegations in the Senate (in the case it is a bill that requires the approval of the Senate).
