Notes: Article 83.4 of the 2016 Electoral Code stipulates that the candidates of either sex cannot exceed 70 per cent of the total number of candidates, thereby providing for a de facto 30 per cent quota for women in the first part of the national list (excluding the section reserved for minorities).
