The Prime Minister or Head of Government sets up a joint committee with members from both chambers to deliberate for a maximum of 15 days. Revised text is submitted by the Government to the parliament for adoption and is not subject to amendment unlesss the Government agrees.
If a disagreement between the two chambers persists, the Government may ask the National People's Assembly to rule definitively. In this case, the People's National Assembly uses the text drawn up by the joint committee, or failing that, the last text voted by it. Failing this -- the bill is withdrawn.
