Issues dealt with by the caucus: - Amendments to the Election Code to ensure at least every third position on the candidates’ election lists be allocated to the less represented gender with the result that in 2006, 37 women MPs (30.8%of all MPs) were elected;

Tabling amendments to the Law on Health Insurance to ensure free preventive gynecological examinations for the early detection of cervix cancer and breast cancer.

Amendments to the Law on Games of Chance and Entertainment Games (Gambling Law), to establish a special fund to fight against family violence;
