The Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues, based on the powers invested in it by Article 3 of the Law on Salaries in Public Authorities and Public Services, determines the basic amount for calculation of salaries of the President of the Republic, Members of Parliament and appointed persons among the staff of the President’s Office and National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, in line with funds allocated in parliamentary budget or the Budget of the Republic of Serbia.
