Part IV covers grounds for refusal of access to information. For parliament – this includes deliberations and funding of the Cabinet and its Committees. In terms of the law's general application, information protected from disclosure includes that which could endanger the life or security of a person (e.g. victim-friendly courts), confidential information etc.
